本プライバシーポリシーは、当サイト（https://yamamayu.com）および当サイトからリンクする各種フォーム・メール購読機能・イベント申込等に適用されます。

2. 取得する情報

  • サイト閲覧時：Cookie、IPアドレス、ブラウザ情報、参照元URL、閲覧ページ、UTM等（解析・セキュリティ目的）
  • ニュースレター登録時：メールアドレス（必須）、お名前（任意）、登録日時、IP/UA（スパム対策）
  • お問い合わせ：お名前、メールアドレス、本文、添付情報（任意）
  • ワークショップ申込：氏名、メール、電話番号（任意）、参加希望回、その他連絡事項
  • オンラインショップ（BASE）：購入時の氏名・住所・決済関連等（当サイトから遷移後は BASE のポリシーが適用）
  • SNS連携／外部埋め込み：各サービス提供者が必要に応じて技術情報を取得する場合があります

  • アクセス解析：Google LLC（Google Analytics 4）
  • EC運用：BASE, Inc.（当サイトからの遷移後は BASE のポリシー適用）
  • その他：フォーム、決済、地図、動画等の外部機能を提供する事業者

当工房は、適切な契約（機密保持、必要に応じ標準契約条項等）を締結し、当工房の指示に基づく取り扱いに限定します。

7. 国外移転

上記サービス提供に伴い、データが日本国外（例：米国）のサーバーで処理・保管される場合があります。適用法に従い、適切な保護措置を講じます。

8. 安全管理措置

  • アクセス権限の最小化、パスワード管理、多要素認証の導入（可能な範囲）
  • 通信の暗号化（HTTPS/SSL）
  • プラグイン・テーマ・サーバ環境の更新と監視

9. 保有期間

  • ニュースレター：購読解除後、最長30日以内に配信リストから削除
  • 問い合わせ・予約：目的達成後、法令等に必要な期間のみ保有
  • 解析・セキュリティログ：最長13〜26か月

10. ご本人の権利

お客様は、保有個人データに関して、閲覧・訂正・削除・処理の制限・データポータビリティ・同意撤回を求めることができます。ご希望は yamamayunosato@gmail.com へご連絡ください。原則30日以内に対応します。

11. 未成年者の個人情報

16歳未満の方は、保護者の同意を得た上でご提供ください。

  • Embedded/third-party services may collect technical data as needed

  • Process orders, inquiries, and bookings

Data may be processed/stored on servers outside your country (e.g., the United States). Appropriate safeguards are applied.

  • Access control and least privilege; password hygiene; MFA where feasible

  • Keeping software and plugins updated

9. Retention

  • Newsletter: removed from mailing lists within 30 days after unsubscribe
  • Inquiries/bookings: retained only as necessary
  • Analytics/security logs: up to 13–26 months
