キャンセル規定（ワークショップ共通）
山まゆの里染織工房のワークショップは少人数制で、材料準備・席の確保を行っています。
そのため、恐れ入りますがキャンセル・日程変更は下記の規定にて承ります。
キャンセル・日程変更のご連絡は、お問い合わせフォーム よりお願いします。
受信時刻を基準として扱います。
キャンセル料

| 前日・当日／無断キャンセル | 参加費の100% |
日程変更について
空きがある場合に限り、1回まで日程変更を承ります。
変更のタイミングにより、キャンセル料が発生する場合があります（上記に準じます）。
代理参加について
ご友人・ご家族など代理の方が参加される場合、キャンセル料はかかりません。
事前に代理参加者のお名前をご連絡ください。
返金について（BASE／銀行振込）
- BASEでお支払いの場合
返金はBASEの決済方法に準じます。カード会社の締め日等により、返金の反映時期が前後する場合があります。
※キャンセル料が発生する場合は、差額分を返金いたします。 - 銀行振込の場合
キャンセル料と、返金に伴う振込手数料を差し引いた金額を、ご指定の口座へ返金します。
主催都合・災害・悪天候等による中止の場合：全額返金、または振替日程をご案内します（ご希望を伺います）。

Cancellation Policy (applies to all workshops)
yamamayu workshops are small-group experiences, and we prepare materials and reserve seats for each participant.
For this reason, the following cancellation and rescheduling policy applies.
Please contact us via the contact form for cancellations or changes.
The time we receive your message will be used as the official timestamp.
Cancellation Fees

Rescheduling
Rescheduling is available once, only if there is an open seat. Depending on timing, a fee may apply in line with the table above.
Substitute Participant
If a friend or family member can attend in your place, no cancellation fee applies. Please inform us of the substitute participant’s name in advance.
Refunds (BASE / Bank Transfer)
- Payments via BASE
Refunds follow the BASE payment method. Timing may vary depending on your credit card provider’s billing cycle.
If a cancellation fee applies, we will refund the difference. - Payments via bank transfer
We will refund the amount minus the cancellation fee and the bank transfer fee required for the refund.
If we must cancel due to organizer circumstances, disasters, or severe weather: We will issue a full refund or offer an alternative date (based on your preference).
