ワークショップ規約・日程変更・代理参加・キャンセル規定
山まゆの里染織工房のワークショップは少人数制で、材料準備・席の確保を行っています。
そのため、キャンセル・日程変更・代理参加については、下記の規定にて承ります。
ご連絡は、お問い合わせフォームよりお願いいたします。
受信時刻を基準として扱います。
キャンセル料
お申し込み後に参加を取りやめる場合は、準備の都合上、下記のキャンセル料を申し受けます。

日程変更について
ご参加者ご本人の都合により参加が難しくなった場合でも、開催前までにご連絡があり、かつ空きがある場合に限り、1回まで別日程への変更を承ります。
ご希望の日程に空きがない場合や、振替可能な開催回がない場合は、通常のキャンセルとして上記規定を適用します。
代理参加について
ご家族・ご友人など、代理の方が参加される場合は、開催前までにご連絡ください。
事前に代理参加者のお名前をご連絡いただければ、キャンセル料はかかりません。
返金について（BASE／銀行振込）
- BASEでお支払いの場合
返金はBASEの決済方法に準じます。カード会社の締め日等により、返金の反映時期が前後する場合があります。
キャンセル料が発生する場合は、差額分を返金いたします。 - 銀行振込の場合
キャンセル料および返金に伴う振込手数料を差し引いた金額を、ご指定の口座へ返金します。
主催都合・災害・悪天候等による中止の場合
全額返金、または振替日程をご案内します。ご希望を伺ったうえで対応いたします。

Workshop Terms, Rescheduling, Substitutions & Cancellation Policy
yamamayu workshops are held in small groups, and materials and seats are prepared in advance for each participant.
For this reason, the following policy applies to cancellations, rescheduling, and substitute participants.

The time we receive your message will be used as the official timestamp.
Cancellation Fees
If you cancel after booking and do not attend, the following cancellation fees apply.

| 2 days before to the same day | 100% of the workshop fee |
| No-show | 100% of the workshop fee |
Rescheduling
If the original participant is unable to attend, we can accept one reschedule to another date, provided that you contact us before the workshop and an open seat is available.
If there is no suitable alternative date available, the cancellation policy above will apply.
Substitute Participant
If a family member or friend attends in your place, please inform us before the workshop.
If we receive advance notice and the substitute participant’s name, no cancellation fee will apply.
Refunds (BASE / Bank Transfer)
- Payments via BASE
Refunds follow the payment method used through BASE. The timing of the refund may vary depending on your credit card provider’s billing cycle.
If a cancellation fee applies, we will refund the remaining balance. - Payments via bank transfer
We will refund the amount minus the cancellation fee and the bank transfer fee required for the refund.
If we must cancel due to organizer circumstances, disasters, or severe weather
We will offer either a full refund or an alternative date, based on your preference.
